Commissioning
R&E Petroleum is having a solid unit for pre-commissioning , commissioning and start up activities ,
R&E activities include - but not limited to :
- Hydrotest.
- Chemical cleaning.
- Flushing , lube oil system flushing.
- Pigging.
- Steam and air blowing.
- Leak and vacuum test.
- Bolt torqueing
- Flange management - Reinstatement
- Test run for mechanical equipment
R&E Personal include qualified process engineers, operators and technicians to cover all related activities of commissioning and starting up.
R&E is having the full set of required equipment such as :
- Oil free air compressor ( 1,250 CFM ) ,
- Booster Station up to 155 Bars ,
- nitrogen generation unit and N2 bulk trucks ,
- Chemical Cleaning Skid ( Full Set ) ,
- Oil Flushing Skid ( Full Set ) with a Portable Laser Oil Particle Counter
